Services: Project Management and CA & CDM PD and Advisory Services

We negotiated a dilapidations settlement on behalf of the Landlord and were then appointed as Project Managers, CA and CDM PDs on five separate construction contracts including Cat A refurbishments on the first, third and fifth floors.

Careful coordination was required to ensure landlord and tenant relationships were maintained in this noise-sensitive landmark building with outstanding views of Hyde Park, containing blue-chip tenants .

We also assisted with measured surveys/CAD plans, dilapidation advice and negotiation, LR plan and Licence for Alteration advice.
