We carried out the acquisition survey, negotiated a dilapidations settlement on behalf of the Landlord and acted as Lead Consultant (CA/PM), provided incoming occupier advice and asset disposal services on this £4m asset enhancement project for RE Capital.

This included creating new end of trip facilities, main reception and roof terrace and refurbishing 25,000 sq ft of Cat A office space which included 5,000 sq ft of Plug and Play Cat A + space.
