We acted as PM and PD to refurb and fit out 5,500 sq ft of West End office space for Aviva, creating plug and play space ready for tenants to move straight in, having been involved in refurbishing the common parts and other floors of this office building previously.

Competition in the office letting market has led to a change in how landlords refurbish and let space, treating tenants more like retail consumers. We have developed extensive experience in this area and now work with a variety of clients to deliver similar schemes.
