We acted as PM/EA and PD of this strip out and refurbishment contract of a c5,500 sq ft office suite in the City for our long-standing client, Aviva.

The works involved the strip out of the previous tenant’s fit out and delivery of a Cat A+ space, which was let very shortly after completion.  All workstations and chairs were reused from a previous fit out and many of the other furniture items were repurposed.  The EPC rating was also increased from a C to a B.
