Services: Project Management, EA and Incoming Occupier Advice

We are acting as Lead Consultant on this asset enhancement project for Berkeley Estate Asset Management, as well as supporting the landlord with new letting advice.

The project is due to complete in 2023 and includes the provision of new end of trip facilities, main reception, roof terrace and refurbishment of 75,000 sq ft of Cat A office space within an occupied mixed-use building.
