Services: Project Management and CA & CDM PD and Advisory Services

We negotiated a dilapidations settlement on behalf of the Landlord and were then appointed as Project Managers, CA and CSM PDs on this scheme involving the substantial refurbishment of a City fringe, former Victorian warehouse.  We drafted specifications and administered a contract that incorporated pitched roof renewals, external decorations and Cat A fit out of three upper floors including reconfiguration of the internal layout.

The building sits within Islington Council’s Charterhouse Square Conservation Area and is listed on their records as a building of historical interest. We had to work to a tight timescale and provide a fashionably presented premises within the c£500k budget.

We also assisted with planning applications, measured surveys and space planning.
