We were appointed by the UK’s second largest pension fund to prepare and settle a dilapidations case then consequently manage a targeted refurbishment programme in order to make a 50,000 sq ft industrial warehouse alongside the M6 Motorway in Birmingham ready for letting.
We achieved a demanding short time-frame and strict budgetary controls to make sure the building was presentable for a fixed launch date whilst meeting high standards of quality and finish and improving the building’s sustainability credentials.
