Pre-acquisition survey and asset enhancement advice

Since LGIM acquired the freehold interest in 2017, Spring have been advising on a variety of asset enhancement initiatives for Kingsland Business Park.

Most notably are the redevelopment of the Wade Road and Bilton Road sites.  Both schemes have involved demolishing the existing buildings and replacing them with contemporary warehouse facilities (E, B2 & B8).  A further scheme is being progressed on Stewart Road to the south.

We have also been advising on dilapidations and legacy subsidence issues together with monitoring tenant alterations to the Horizon units.
