We were appointed as Project Manager and EA to coordinate a new 35,550 sq ft warehouse with ancillary offices for one of the UK’s largest pension funds.

The scheme involved demolishing a dilapidated 1960s warehouse and replacing it with a new speculative unit designed with modern logistic occupiers in mind and to high standards of environmental performance in line with L&G’s Net Zero Carbon Roadmap.

The building was let to a national distribution company prior to Practical Completion.  L&G have continued to roll out this successful redevelopment strategy across the estate.
