Full refurbishment of a mid-terrace industrial property following expiry of a tenant’s lease.  Works included coating the entire roof with a proprietary coating system, replacement of windows, removal of previous tenants’ loading doors and replacement of all internal surface finishing.

Energy efficiency measures were implemented to ensure that the EPC rating of the property was improved to B; this included new LED lighting throughout and insulation of the ceilings to the ancillary office areas.
