We negotiated a dilapidations settlement on behalf of the Landlord and then delivered two projects encompassing the significant refurbishment of four industrial warehouse buildings totalling 111,000 sq ft.

Both projects were delivered on time and within budget and all properties were let very soon after completions.  We also took on CDM PD duties and assisted with planning applications, measured surveys and space planning.
