We were appointed to manage the dilapidations process against the outgoing tenant occupying a 12,000 sq ft industrial unit in Capitol Park, Colindale.

We initially carried out a desk-top review of the case in order to present commercial analysis and recommendations to the landlord, then served a claim (in full compliance with the PLA protocols) before negotiating a successful settlement, despite an onerous schedule of condition which was to the tenant’s favour.

We were also retained to implement the works to help prove the landlord’s loss.
