Services: Lead Consultant, Contract Administration and CDM Principal Designer

We led a design team consisting of architects, structural engineers, approved inspectors and services consultants to split a single 5,375 sq ft office into 16 smaller office suites, a communal break out area, phone booths and new WCs.

Works included a new air conditioning system to all areas, new electrical services throughout plus the replacement of all surface finishes.
