We acted as CA and PD on this 33,000 sq ft warehouse refurbishment project for Aviva Investors as well as agreeing the dilapidations settlement.

The previous tenant had occupied both buildings; we separated and refurbished them to a high specification to achieve the client’s aims of maximising ESG credentials, best in class internal design and ultimately pitching the unit at the top end of the local market. Both units were pre-let prior to PC.
